The name on the trucks says Western Sky Heating and Cooling now. The work hasn't changed. The crew that took care of your home is still here.

Your $149 Precision Tune-Up covers a standard inspection and cleaning of one heating or cooling system. Your choice: book this spring for cooling or wait until fall for heating. One tune-up per household. Parts, refrigerant, or any additional work beyond the inspection is quoted separately before anything starts. Available through the end of August or until the spring schedule fills.
What's in the $149 Precision Tune-Up
We'll inspect your system from end to end: filters, electrical connections, burner or coil condition, safety controls, and airflow. We clean what needs cleaning and walk you through what we find at the door. You pick the system: heating or cooling, your call. If we spot anything that needs repair or replacement, we quote the work separately at flat-rate pricing before touching a tool. No surprises. You decide.
